(1) Water Tariff Determination Commission Act, 2063 is repealed. (2) Actions taken in accordance with the Water Tariff Determination Commission Act, 2063 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
(3) Movable and immovable in the name of the commission formed according to the Water Tariff Determination Commission Act, 2063. Assets and liabilities will move to the ministry.
(4) At the commencement of this Act, complaints registered with the Commission under the Water Tariff Determination Commission Act, 2063 and pending complaints will be transferred to the Water and Sanitation Service Tariff Determination Commission under this Act.
